Cancellation Terms
If for any reason the company finds it necessary to cancel the order, the customer
will
be given a full refund.
If the order is cancelled by the customer or franchisee, in that case a cancellation
fee
of Rs. 2000/- per kilowatt will be charged.
Under no circumstances can the application be cancelled after the material has been
dispatched. Therefore, the customer will be liable to pay the full cost of the
system.
Term & Conditions
The customer should verify all the details themselves at the time of ordering. No
changes can be made later.
The details for installation should be understood and verified with the engineer. If
any
changes are made during installation, the customer will have to pay the charges
separately.
The company will have to send the materials for the solar system only as per the
rules
set out in the government tender.
The customer will not be required to pay any separate charges for any goods or work
other than those specified by the company.
The ownership of the surplus goods after fitting the solar system will remain with
the
company. The customer will not be able to claim ownership of the surplus goods.
The company will not be responsible for the time frame for work to be done by a
government agency such as feasibility, net meter installation, etc.
The material will be shipped only after the customer has made full payment.
The company will not be responsible for any damage to any property of the customer
during installation.
Any damage to the system after installation will be the sole responsibility of the
customer.
